Q1.Does the material comply with European Directives ?
>Yes, All the material are AZO Free & Low Cadmium and comply with REACH Regulation The material test is welcomed.
Q2.What kind of artwork file format is required?
> We can accept artwork in the following formats:
– Adobe Illustrator (AI) files
– Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF)
– Any artwork supplied in a JPG format must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.
Q3.What if I want to specific PMS colors matching ?
>All artwork should have a PMS or CMYK colors to assist with color matching.
If your logo/design/towel requires specific colors, you must use a Pan-tone chart as the reference tool and not rely on the color rendering form your screen mock-up, as the colors on screen may vary in different computer monitors.
If you do not specify a pan-tone color, we will match the colors with those from our own screens and therefore, we can not guarantee an exact match.
Besides, there is minimum weight if dye special PMS color. If less than the minimum weight, then extra dyeing cost will charge or kindly choose from our current available color.
Q4.What is your production process?
>Idea discussion→Quoting& Approval → Sampling → Refinement &Approval → Pre-production→Batch manufacturing→QC Inspection→Delivery
Q5.What is the sampling time and bulk production time ?
>The sampling time for embroidery is usually approx 5-7 days, for printing is usually approx 10-15 days.
The normal bulk production time is approx one month.
So please arrange your schedule in advance accordingly.
